Special grooming guide for men

grooming guide for men

No bad breath please!!
A major reason behind it is not cleaning between the teeth regularly which initiates the bacterial decomposition and results in foul smell.
Use dental floss immediately after eating and gargle with mouthwash for a super fresh breath.

Sweaty/oily skin is a deal breaker!!
Men's skin can be twice as oily as women's because of their peculiar nature. Stress also triggers the oil production. Wash your face and apply a toner with cotton or wool pad on the forehead, nose, and chin, where the skin tends to be oilier. You can also use a mattifying moisturizer to make sure your stays shining all day.

Hide those spots.....
Acne can knock your confidence. That calls for a concealer that hides those spots. Make sure you do not over use it though. Start by cleaning the skin thoroughly. Then apply a small amount and blend it in with your middle finger.

Scrub your lips....
Lips are more prone to dehydration and chapping. Take a mix of olive oil and salt and dip your toothbrush in the mix. Gently rub your lips with it to remove any dry, dead skin.

  Fix your facial hair....
If you carry a beard, keep it stylish. Keep it clean by washing with a face wash or a shampoo. To ensure it soft and conditioned apply some fragranced beard oil.  The best time to do this is immediately after shower when your skin pores are still open.
